Another useful website that has lots of tutorials for After Effects for novices like me start from 'After Effects 101' and work your way through...

Again hope this is useful

Happy Easter!

Useful link

Hi everyone!

Just thought I'd share this with you. Its a very useful file sharing website that I used in first year. Its much easier and quicker than sending zipped files via email

http://www.dropbox.com/

If you sign up with them we can send all work in progress to each other through it... as long as we all have the same programs (it doesn't even matter if we have different versions of the same program)

Hope its useful to you guys...

"Are You Okay?" Lip Sync

Hey girls,

Is this alright?
are
you
o
kay?

Will there be a voice for this bit of dialogue? Because if there isn't then maybe I could try to make the lip sync work better?

Sorry about not getting this done earlier because it really shouldn't have taken me so long. Let me know if there's anything you'd like changed in these or if there is any other work you need help with. c:

for pema

'Are you Okay?'
the jaw will move a little, but you just need 4 mouth movements
You can do the 4 bits on photoshop- just making his little mouth shape change and his jaw move down a little
Then save the 4 drawings as jpegs
thank u!

Reference for drunken dance scene

Eva, these are some images to help you with the woman dancing. I like the top one. If you need to draw miss fanny from the side or back please do. or even her profile might be needed like the 3rd image

I need to send you some other eyes and mouth shapes but we can deal with that after youve got some body movement.

Captain Pugwash and THE FISH MEAL

I really like the cut-out style and how the characters move on the backgrounds. especially the captains hands. Hopefully we can create something similar
